Purina Pro Plan For Cats

Purina Pro Plan Kitten food
This is available as Pro Plan Kitten Chicken and Rice variety, or as the Kitten Delicate Diet. The Delicate diet is based on turkey, egg, rice and maize, without any fish or wheat. Its formulation is particularly suited to kittens with sensitive digestion or sensitive skin.

The range here is larger and is available in 7 different formulations to suit particular individuals:

Purina Cat Adult After Care is based on salmon and tuna, and is designed for neutered cats with their slightly altered metabolic requirements. It helps to reduce weight gain.

Purina Cat Adult Chicken and Rice is designed be tasty and nutritious for all adult cats.

Purina Cat Adult Delicate is based on turkey and has ingredients to suit sensitive digestion and skin.

Purina Cat Adult Duck and Rice is an alternative flavour and main protein source with the same top quality nutrition.

Purina Cat Adult House Cat contains less energy to reduce weight gain and a special fibre mix to help prevent hair balls and other digestive difficulties. It also has a special plant extract which reduces the odour from the litter tray.

Purina Cat Adult Light is for overweight cats. It is based on turkey, has high protein and fibre levels with reduced energy content, and also higher natural antioxidants which are important for overweight individuals as an aid to the immune system.

Purina Cat Adult Salmon and Rice is a different flavour and main protein source which provides variety in the diet with the same highest standards of quality nutrition.

Purina Pro Plan Cat Vital Senior (age 7+) is based on chicken and rice but has a range of ingredients particularly suited to the slightly altered requirements of the older cat. It is easier to eat while still being designed to help keep teeth clean. It has ingredients to promote a healthy skin and coat, and is also tailored to help the heart, kidneys, urinary and digestive systems of the older cat.

Purina Pro Plan Puppy Food
Purina Puppy Chicken and Rice or Purina Puppy Lamb and Rice are formulated to provide optimum levels of all essential nutrients in a tasty kibble for the best possible start in life.

Purina Puppy Small Breed Chicken and Rice is available for the smaller breeds of dog. The kibble size is reduced to make it easier for them to eat and the nutrient balance is particularly suited to them.

Purina Pro Plan Puppy is available in two different varieties for large breeds. The Puppy Large Breed Robust, Chicken and Rice is for larger breeds which are broad, strong and heavy in their build. These dogs can easily carry excess weight, which the diet aims to counter. The Puppy Large Breed Athletic, Lamb and Rice is for the deeper and narrower chested dogs which should have a more "tucked up" abdomen. These dogs are built more for speed than power and are suited to a slightly different nutrient mix which is provided in this diet.

Purina Pro Plan Puppy Sensitive, Salmon and Rice is a hypoallergenic diet suitable for those dogs which seem to react to the proteins in beef or poultry. Salmon is used along with egg to provide easily digested nutrients which are less likely to upset puppies with food allergies.
